House or land not to be transferred without provision of road or exit

(1) No one shall separate any part of a house or land with a road or exit and transfer such house or land to someone without providing a road or exit to both parties.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), there is no need to provide a way or exit if there is another way or exit to come and go to such house or land.
